1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Sponso, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally capable of entering into the agreements you make through Sponso.
2. Sponso's role
Sponso provides software for creator discovery, social-account verification, campaign planning, offers, collaboration records, content review and related marketplace workflows. Unless Sponso expressly agrees otherwise, Sponso is not the Brand, Creator, talent agent or employer in a campaign and is not a party to a separate commercial agreement between users merely because the workflow is recorded on Sponso.
3. Accounts and role integrity
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Brand and Creator workspaces are separated. You may not bypass access controls, impersonate another user, falsify account ownership, or attempt to attach a social-media account you do not control.
4. Social connections
Connecting Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or another provider is optional. A verified social badge means Sponso received ownership evidence through the relevant official authorization flow and immutable provider identifier. It does not guarantee the truth of every statement made by a Creator or guarantee that every historical collaboration shown in a profile was sponsored.
Your use of an external provider remains subject to that provider's terms and policies. You authorize Sponso to use the provider data you approve only for the Sponso features described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Brand obligations
Brands must provide lawful, accurate campaign briefs; describe compensation, deliverables, usage rights and deadlines clearly; avoid discriminatory or deceptive requirements; respect creator intellectual-property rights; and pay amounts legitimately owed under an accepted agreement.
6. Creator obligations
Creators must accurately represent their identity, audience, content and availability; disclose sponsored content where required; comply with platform rules and advertising law; deliver agreed work in good faith; and not manipulate metrics, ownership evidence or campaign performance.
7. Campaigns, contracts and payments
Sponso may provide campaign, contract, approval or payment-related product features. Product screens and stored records are tools to help users document an agreement; they are not a substitute for independent legal, tax or financial advice. Features such as qualified electronic signatures, escrow or payouts may require separate providers, identity checks and additional terms before they are offered as production services.
8. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you own. You grant Sponso the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display and transmit material you submit for the operation of the service. Campaign-specific content usage rights between Brand and Creator are determined by their agreement and should be recorded clearly.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Sponso for fraud, unlawful advertising, harassment, infringement, malware, scraping that violates technical restrictions, unauthorized account access, manipulation of platform metrics, circumvention of role or security controls, or any activity that could harm users, providers or Sponso.
10. Availability and changes
Sponso is an early-stage product and may change substantially. We may add, modify, suspend or remove features to improve security, reliability, compliance or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate security issues, fraud, unlawful conduct, policy breaches or risks to other users. You may stop using Sponso at any time and can request account deletion using the contact information in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponso is provided on an “as available” basis. Sponso does not guarantee campaign outcomes, creator performance, Brand payment behavior, third-party API availability or the accuracy of third-party platform data. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated in-product where appropriate.
